US domestic shipping

All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 7 days of order placement through our warehouse located in Guangzhou, China. After fulfillment all parcels take 7-12 business days to be delivered depending on the size of the order and the destination. (Longer shipment times are due to customs clearances.)

Orders placed on items for pre-order will state the estimated fulfillment time in the product description. Please take note of fulfillment time prior to purchasing pre-order items. If you’re not willing to wait, don’t buy!

We do offer shipping to almost every country!

Certain countries will be asked for extra information such as Tax ID Numbers after the order is placed. Please enter a proper email for communication to ensure a smooth delivery!

RETURNS

Returns

All sales are final! Which means we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In the event that your product is defective, the costumer has 3 days after receiving the item to report the damages. A return label will be emailed to the costumer to promptly return the item with all its original packaging (excluding shipping box or parcel). Upon receiving the defective item a replacement will be provided given the damages are as reported. If there is no replacement available the costumer will receive a full refund for the defective item.

In the event your product is lost in transit a replacement will immediately be sent out if available. If a replacement is not available the costumer will receive a full refund for the missing item.
